Arrived in Copan, just over the border from Guatemala, after a 5 hour drive from Antigua

Stayed at the Casa Rosada- very central and with a pleasant garden. Had a knowledgeable guide, Figo, show us round the Copan Ruins, including its tunnels |

A pleasant lunch back in town at the Casa de Todo. Dined both nights in Nai Lola ( see no evil above) |

Walked out to El Lugar de Te y de Cafe, bought a few things. Next morning were unimpressed by our Salvadorean guide turning up late. Had to cross back into Guatemala to then enter El Salvador
