Back southwards to Tongole Wilderness Retreat, in Nkotakota Park, which had just been injected with 500 elephants- but these very shy!!

Found a pleasant Naya to relax under and admire the sunset. And Tanya ordered a special exit from the boat for the madre! |

South via Blantyre to Mkulumadzi Lodge in Majete Wildlife Reserve- recently depleted of 360 of its elephants!

We crossed this swaying rope bridge 14 times during our 2 day stay here! A - far distant! - luxury cabana, good views of hippos. Liked our game drive vehicle |

Built in the 1930s, the house was slightly run down but we really enjoyed staying there. Tea & coffee plants as far as the eye |
