the Villa Retiro Michelin starred hotel in Xerta . Reception lacklustre but a huge room ( would have housed all the lads from back home!) |

Bowled over by the Wine Cathedral at Pinell de Brai, designed by a disciple of Gaudi. In the next 2 days we saw several others. Tapas with the tasting were good! |

They had upgraded us VIPs to a junior suite: we loved the bath and the gas fire: only slight downside was but no vistas from it! |
